Never Run Out
of Critical Parts Again
Auto Requisition monitors your Spire inventory in real time and automatically generates purchase requisitions when stock drops below reorder points — grouped by vendor, with built-in duplicate prevention.
Automation
Purpose-built for Spire ERP. Connects via API, monitors your parts, and creates requisitions automatically — so your team focuses on production, not purchase orders.
Scheduled & On-Demand
Configure automatic runs on a recurring schedule (every 4, 8, 12, or 24 hours) or trigger manually with a single click whenever you need an immediate check.
Smart Quantity Calculation
Smart mode calculates order quantities by factoring open POs, open requisitions, and max stock levels. Or choose fixed mode to use the item's reorder quantity as-is.
Duplicate Prevention
Automatically checks for existing open requisitions and purchase orders before creating new ones. No more stacking orders while waiting for deliveries.
Vendor-Grouped Requisitions
Items are automatically grouped by their preferred vendor in Spire. One consolidated requisition per vendor per run — clean, organized, ready for approval.
UDF-Based Filtering
Control which items are monitored using a Spire User Defined Field. Set AutoReorder to "Yes" on any inventory item to include it — simple, flexible, no code required.
Complete Audit Trail
Every run, every requisition, every skipped item is logged with timestamps, trigger type, quantities, and status. Full transparency for purchasing and management review.
Every screen is designed to surface the information that matters — stock levels, pending actions, and a complete history of what the system has done.
Dashboard
At-a-glance stats showing monitored items, below-reorder-point alerts, critical zero-stock items, and today's requisition count. The items table shows exactly what needs action, with a vendor-grouped preview of what will be ordered on the next run.
Monitored Items
Complete list of all inventory items flagged with the AutoReorder UDF. Status badges (OK, Low, Critical) make it easy to spot trouble. Filter by status, warehouse, or search by part number. Click any item to configure its individual reorder settings.
Item Detail
Deep dive into a single part with inventory snapshot cards, a visual stock level bar, Smart vs Fixed mode configuration, live calculation preview showing exactly how the order quantity is derived, and a full reorder activity timeline.
Requisition Log
Complete audit trail of every requisition created or skipped. Shows Spire requisition number, part number, vendor, quantity, estimated total, trigger type (scheduled vs manual), and status — including skip reasons like open POs or missing preferred vendors.
Settings
Configure the scheduler interval and run times, set global reorder logic defaults (Smart vs Fixed mode, UDF filter, warehouse scope), and fine-tune duplicate prevention rules — all without touching Spire directly.
Monitor
Connects to Spire API and fetches inventory items flagged with the AutoReorder UDF on a configurable schedule.
Evaluate
Compares available or on-hand quantities against each item's reorder point to identify parts that need restocking.
Validate
Checks for open requisitions and purchase orders to prevent duplicate ordering. Skips items already on order.
Requisition
Creates vendor-grouped requisitions in Spire via API with calculated quantities, ready for purchasing to review and approve.
Built as a lightweight Windows desktop application that runs alongside your existing Spire installation.
