Privacy policy

Gemini Logic Inc. (“Gemini Logic”, “we”) is a software and consulting company in Toronto, ON, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect through geminilogic.com, why, and what you can do about it. We follow Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
- When you open a support ticket: your name, work email, phone number, company, and what you tell us about the problem. The form sends this to our customer service system (HubSpot), where it becomes a ticket.
- When you contact us: our contact form opens your own email program with a message addressed to info@geminilogic.com. We receive whatever you choose to send, usually your name, company, email and message.
- Other forms, such as user manual registration, feature requests and new client set-up: the details each form asks for. These also go to HubSpot.
- When you browse the site: HubSpot’s tracking code records the pages you visit, roughly where you are (from your IP address), your browser and device, and how you arrived. It uses cookies to recognise a returning browser and, if you fill in a form, to link your visits to your contact record.
We don’t ask for payment details on this site, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children.
How we use it
- To answer your questions, run demos, and resolve support tickets.
- To keep a record of our work with clients and prospects.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
- To send you information you asked for. We only send marketing email if you have agreed to it, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
We don’t sell personal information.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of service providers to run the site and our business. They may only use your information to provide their service to us:
- HubSpot: forms, support tickets, our contact database and website tracking. HubSpot may store data in the United States.
- Microsoft 365: our email.
- Google Fonts: the interactive product tours load fonts from Google, which receives your IP address.
- Our website host, which serves the pages and keeps standard server logs.
Because some providers are outside Canada, your information may be stored or processed in other countries and be subject to their laws.
Cookies
HubSpot’s cookies (such as hubspotutk, __hstc and __hssc) recognise returning visitors and measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, but forms won’t be linked to your earlier visits. Where a cookie banner is shown, you can decline tracking cookies there.
Our software products
This policy covers the website. Our apps for Spire ERP, such as OrderDesk, Envelope AI and Analytics for Spire, are installed on our clients’ own servers or in a hosted instance for each client, and work with our clients’ business data under our agreements with them. Some apps send documents or questions to an AI provider to do their work. The terms for each product describe how that data is handled.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and support records for as long as we have a business relationship with you or your company, and for a reasonable time afterwards for our records and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
How we protect it
Access to our systems is limited to staff who need it, protected by passwords and multi-factor sign-in where available, and our providers use encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect what you give us.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or withdraw your consent and have it deleted, subject to any legal requirement to keep it. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time. To make a request, email info@geminilogic.com or call (905) 625-7212. We’ll reply within 30 days.
If you’re not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
