Q: Does timeFLEX require an ODBC driver or any special set-up?
No! timeFLEX makes direct calls to the database using the Pervasive API. Set-up is fully automated and requires no manual modifications.
Q: How does timeFLEX apply taxes, pricing and allocate revenue to my
billing?
timeFLEX utilizes SAGE BUSINESSVISION's inventory module for
consultant/activity code setup. Therefore, taxes, pricing and revenue
allocation are based on the setup you establish within SAGE BUSINESSVISION.
Q: My clients require a detailed Time Sheet, does timeFLEX provide this?
Yes! - Time sheets can be generated on a per consultant/per client
basis.
Q: Can I modify the existing reports or create my own reports?
Yes! - timeFLEX utilizes the powerful Pervasive database engine
along with the
Crystal report writer. Our file DDFs and report templates are included
with the installation, giving you the ability to modify the
existing reports or create your own (Requires Crystal Report Writer)
