Q: What SAGE BUSINESSVISION products/versions are supported?
invoiceFLEX supports SAGE BUSINESSVISION - LE, SBE, SE and
CSE. Versions 5.xx and higher including the new version 7.xx.
Q: How is invoiceFLEX Licensed?
invoiceFLEX is licensed per Workstation/P.C.
Q: Does invoiceFLEX require an ODBC driver or any special set-up?
No! invoiceFLEX makes direct calls to the database using the Pervasive API. Set-up is fully automated and requires no manual modifications.
Q: Are CustomPack WorkBooks supported?
Yes! (invoiceFLEX Version 3.10 and higher)
Q: Are inventory quantities automatically committed?
Yes - Committed quantities are updated appropriately, maintaining system integrity.
Q: Is serialized inventory supported?
Yes. When reversing an invoice with serialized items, the system will provide you with the option of returning the assigned serial numbers to inventory. When duplicating an invoice with serialized items, the program will notify you of the serialized items. Once the invoice is re-created in order entry, it's a matter of tabbing over the detail lines in question or simply invoicing the order (Based on your system set-up).
